The restaurant is located in the residential area of Shonan Kugenuma. My experience of working at the Imperial Hotel, as well as tasting various foods in different places, enable me to serve cuisines that will surely make the guests happy and delightful. Taking advantage of my sense of being a chef, I now manage a reservation-only French restaurant; Japanese confectionery stores; and cafes.
